Edwin Shisanya

Edwin is a litigator of method and conviction. He is known for thorough preparation and firm, measured representation of his clients before courts and tribunals.

His practice is centred on civil and commercial litigation, with particular depth in employment, contract, land and constitutional law. He has represented county governments, civil society organisations, co-operative societies and corporate clients. He also acts as a consultant to law firms and companies.

Before co-founding SKO, Edwin founded and led Shisanya & Company Advocates. He previously practised at Kamau Kuria & Company Advocates and as an Associate at Saluny Advocates LLP.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and is pursuing a Master of Laws at the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.
